We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy for any unused doors in their original packaging. Please note that custom-sized or modified doors are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the door you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage your door in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware and installation kits are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Due to the size and weight of our products, our logistics team will contact you to coordinate a professional freight pickup from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the door for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
